You can subscribe to the podcast by following the instructions below. This will automatically download the latest mp3 file to your computer for easy listening at any time. Please note that these instructions are for iTunes only.

1. Open iTunes.

2. Click on the Podcast icon in the menu bar on the left side of the iTunes screen (if the icon is not present, make sure you have version 4.9 or greater).

3. Click on Advanced from the Menu at the top.

4. Click on Subscribe To Podcast.... A window will pop up.

5. Type (or copy and paste) the following into the window: http://www.forestbrook.ca/sermons/rss.php

6. Click yes if you get a screen asking you if you are sure you want to subscribe.
