Small Group Ministry
Growing together as we experience Christian community

Small group ministry is designed to foster personal connections and caring, to provide avenues for personal growth and spiritual development, to strengthen the fabric of our FBCC community, and to provide ways in which we may serve.
Groups of 8-14 people gather two or three times each month in people’s homes or at the church for the purpose of learning and growing together on their spiritual journey. Guided by trained facilitators, the format generally includes teaching and discussion on pertinent biblical topics, prayer, worship, service and sharing of life experiences. Over time, new relationships and friendships are formed which lead to a deepening of people’s faith and more meaningful involvement in the lives of others.
Forest Brook offers a wide variety of small groups for people of all ages and interests, including morning and evening groups for women, early morning and evening groups for men and weeknight groups for youth (Grade 6, Junior and Senior). Groups tailored specifically to the interests and needs of young adults, parents, newlyweds, seniors and business people are also available. Registration takes place in October and January.
If you are interested in being part of any small group, please contact Kevin Armstrong, Director of Small Group Ministry at 905.427.3442, Ext.106.
